anyways,
kayak trng today.
i'm a walking jellyfish.
my legs are jello.
ran more than 6km for trng in less than 40mins?!
WTH did i do that.

whow. she made it. i stopped during the last uh... 300m?
hahah. at the SLOPE.
damn it.
running up sucha a steep slope is = to
not running at all.
WALKING rather.

silly NAPFA pple. take up the whole track.

hopefully they get done and over with it.
i NEEEDDDD the track.

1 run arnd the sch = 7 rounds plus slopes and humps.
i will gladly run 14 rounds on the track.
now it seems 2.4K aint any biggie.
when i used to struggle with it.gosh.

FINALLY starting seas training.
BUT nyp's poor.
so the team has to split into 2 to use the kayaks.
THANKS to jo's brilliant thinking,
she said they'll prob get us to count 1-2.
so we stood alternate.
and TRUE ENOUGH.ha

so we're in the 2nd batch.
which is next next sat.
hmm.
they're gonna start wed trngs too.
i'm not looking forward to it.
every mon's trng is KILLING me.
what's it gonna be like 2x a wk.
i'll be a barely survivng jellyfish.
then thurs my lesson starts at 9.
yawns.
tmr starts at 8am.
let's make a bet if i'll be on time.

going straight for german at 10.
woohoo!
german lesson rawks.
i guess the teacher plays a part too.
she reminds me of a friend i used to partner
in pri sch playing tabletennis.

oh.heh.
the last german test, i was one of the few that passed.
hehehh.
at least i PASSED. the average mark was 3.xxx /10.
whow. how fantastic.

so i didnt read u wrong during orientation.

indeed such pple are scary.
so unpredictable and indifferent and the list just goes on...

right. so anyway.
ha. this is what we did at kayak.

1) warm up.
2) run 6km.
3) 3/4 sets of 40crunches and 20pushups.
(no breaks in between)
4) 3sets of 8 incline pullups. (that's the easiest)
5) 2sets of 15 dips.
6) 3sets of suicide runs.80m.(sprint btw)
7) 2sets of 30crunches and 15pushups.

right. the hardest was stil the 5++/6 km run.
was suffering a headache throughout the trng
cus' of that!
argh.
could barely walk after that.
so didnt feel like eating dinner.
but we did. ha

jo and i had popiah and fishball soup.

tmr i'm gonna eat laksa!

sheesh.
back's totally killing me.

it hurts bad.
shoulders aint any better.
they're weighing a ton on me.

hmm. so hard ta tell them.
sigh.
wanted to wait till they audition pple to join the senior team.
but if i really get it, i'll be even more reluctant to quit.
think the real reason for me getting out is cus'
it takes too much time. 2x a wk and 5++hrs each? that's insane.
kayak takes only 2++hrs each day. more time on hand
for other things.

think i'll go far?
hmm.
seriously i wonder.
